Order Cancellations

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges after payment has been made. Be sure to carefully select your items (including size, color, and quantity) before finalizing your order.


Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the product is found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bangbangfishing.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • A detailed description of the issue

Once we receive your information, we will review the case and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the product is defective. If approved, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement if the issue is determined to be caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
